I lead the Infrastructure Systems team at Newcastle University. We run mail and file storage and provide OS to support other systems (including SAP and web services). The team is multi-platform (mainly Windows server, Linux and Solaris) - I come from a Unix background so have a habit of expecting everything to work like that.
