Account Manager

My role is to develop relationships with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from Jisc services and products and to champion their needs and requirements within Jisc. I am part of the Jisc north team with a specialism in digital content activities delivered through the digital resources directorate. I have worked in both the FE and HE sectors as a learning technologist and a librarian for 19 years. My professional interests include: facilitating understanding between different professional groups, information literacy, digital literacy, learning spaces and technology supported learning. I was previously an e-leaning advisor at Jisc Regional Support Centre Northwest working with FE, HE and skills organisations.
