Three new Videoconferencing sessions from Virtually University Virtually University is offering 3 further videoconferences in November from Bristol, Newcastle and Birmingham. These sessions are free to schools and suitable for KS5 students and all schools/colleges with interested students are welcome, subject to available places. At the end of last year we ran an excellent English Literature & Language session from Sheffield which became a little lost in the end of term and so we're delighted to be able to offer it again at 11.20 on 3rd October. Adam Smith will introduce analytical skills central to university study by exploring an Eighteenth Century text with students. He will also describe his route to his current PhD studies and impart his irrepressible passion for understanding the historical context of English works.

Places available on our Virtually University videoconferences taking place this term: English Literature & Language (Year 12),Art History (KS4 enrichment session), andAncient History (Year 12). Each session will be delivered by PhD students representing Sheffield and Birmingham. The videoconferences are free to schools and sessions targeted at Year 12s are also open to KS4 gifted and talented students.
