Dart Education is a consultancy run by Tim Arnold who has been working in educational videoconferencing for many years. He worked as an adviser to the DES Videoconferencing in the Classroom project (2000-2004) and co-wrote “Videoconferencing Across the Curriculum” (Becta 2009).
