    1. What is the scope of the framework?This framework agreement has been set up by Jisc Services Ltd, referred to as JSL throughout the remainder of this Buyer’s Guide.  The framework agreement is for the supply and support of a broad range of routing and switching equipment; from  low end Buyer premises equipment (CPE), through to mid-range enterprise and high-end carrier class type equipment supporting up to 100 Gigabit Ethernet.
