A domain name may be deleted upon receipt of a returned renewal request, from the domain owner or registrar, stating that a renewal is not required.
We advise that the domain owner informs their Registrar of their intention to not renew their domain.
A domain name may also be deleted upon receipt of a PDF request (on the domain owner’s letter-headed paper), faxed from the domain owner, stating if the domain is no longer required.
